What inspired you to start GoGetIt Hosting?

My partners and I have worked for been customers of some of the largest hosting companies online to date. We have experienced the struggle for humane service, decency and treatment. We simply felt that it was time for a change to the industry, we wanted to provide the foundation or stepping stone for all web hosting companies to follow. This meant a different level of treatment in a sense where customers should feel appreciated and assisted instead of feeling lost when they need help from the web host.

It's quite simple, we started this company to help customers get online and stay online. From our smaller customers to our bigger customers, everyone should get the service they deserve. If you're paying for service, that's exactly what you should get. We felt that the misleading advertising and lies began when the hosting industry boomed. All of these companies suddenly became so corporate with no personal treatment to the little guy, the individual person, the customer. Well our goal is to change that and it starts with GoGetIt Hosting! Our mission statement is, "Customer Service, The Right Way!". It's very simple, if you want it, GoGetIt!

Hey,

Just wanted to say that I used bluehost, network solutions and gisol before I came to these guys. They're awesome, i mean hosting is hosting but no downtime or anything. I had a problem with my site cuz my designer screwed up on one of the scripts I have on my homepage and they guys at GoGetitHosting had one of the senior admins fix it for me, FOR FREE! That's something I haven't seen from a hosting company, ever. I'm not one to post comments regarding websites that I find off here but these guys deserve it. Customer service and overall service: A+++++++

I just wanted to comment that I signed up with these guys in January of 2007 and am more then satisfied with their service. Great customer service and really nice guys working over there. I have nothing but positive things to say about these guys and have recommended them to several family members and 1 one of my buddies who all seem to recieve the same treatment I got. I must say, so far so good guys. I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for web hosting. Although their website just changed, from what I see, I think they might be remodeling it. Anyway, their prices are very inexpensive and the benefits are more then sufficient. I have to agree with James, definately an A+ company!

I did a little research before I signed up with gogetithosting.com as I've found bad review on every hosting company I was considering at the time. Well anyway, no bad reviews, only very positive reviews on the net. I decided to sign up and here I am leaving yet another positive review. Very awesome customer service, they are extremely efficient, helpful and polite. The service is great, the servers are updated and fast and the versions are all the latest on their Cpanel control panel. By far the host of choice and my recommendation to anyone, especially those who have experienced the hosting indurstry and the corrupt companies running it.
