Affordable legal resource providing nationwide self help smart law forms for basic estate planning document software for the preparation of advance directive for health care, revocable trust, last will and testament, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, promissory notes, dissolution of marriage and LLC forms package.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To inform and enable the average individuals in the preparation of essential estate planning forms with out the cost of an attorney.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

The website was first launched in 1995.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

The name of the site is a combination of my last name (Foster) and the products we provide (law forms). Wa la Foster Law Forms.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Are forms can be completed in the comfort and privacy of ones home or office and in most cases are "smart" meaning that they do math for you and automatically inserts repetitive information.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To continue to add new forms and expand the business.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

These investments are pretty equal.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would probably write every thing in the SQL language for desktops.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Diffinetly.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

All of the tasks and costs were expected and inline.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting and maintaining a high search engine presence.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Quality web directories.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Not really.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

It's been running for 12 years now and will keep it up forever.
