Website was started in 2003 to bring a unique and exclusive line of real wood, hand made, US manufactured products to office users of all types.

Our website offers a line of high-end real hardwood products to individual users and corporations alike.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

The greatest challenge is keeping our growing content well organized and not intimidating to users.

What has been the easist past of operating your website?

The easiest part has been finding ways to deliver all the information a user needs in a number of formats they are comfortable with.

What was your biggest mistake?

The biggest mistake was starting out with the wrong shopping cart software that had serious limitations and was not friendly to our customers.

Who maintains your website and why?

Various functions are delegated to various persons with the proper skill sets to ensure all necessary functions get addressed in a timely manner.

Our website is an integral part of the business.

More evolution, more changes, faster - we have to work at keeping up to date to stay competitive!

Purely white hat - work within the systems we have and offer customers what they want. The rest tends to follow.
